    • @BK Poddar,

Always try and get the redemption forms timestamped when you conduct any transaction. You can always ask for acknowledgement of your transaction on the day of the transaction. IN case if you have such acknowledgement with you in your records they might provide you with the compensation for the delay in processing your request. In case if you do not have such receipts then it would be difficult to convince all the parties.

    Dear Sir,

Kindly refer my repeated Emails SMS and Telephonic requests on the above subject. In this connection, I would like to reiterate that I had invested Rs.25.0 lacs through you in various portfolios/schemes of different Mutual Funds Companies. The investments were made in the names of the following :

    1. Satish Kumar Srivastava (Self)
    2. Mrs, Sushma Srivastava (Wife)

At the time of investments, you had got signatures of myself and my wife on the blank switch requests forms/transaction slips saying that you will switch over from one scheme to another but with my consent. However, you have misused such signed switch over forms of mine as well as my wife and have so far your personal gains. This you have done illegally without seeking my consent and thus it becomes a crime under the provisions of law. Presently you are not responding over phone and not providing any details of my investments.

You are hereby instructed that in future you should not misuse such signed switch over forms for any more transactions/transfer/switch over. Further, you should give me complete account of my and my wife’s holdings in various mutual funds along with the switch over/transactions made by you from time to time during the period of five years since 2007 onwards.

If the requested information is not given to me by you within 72 hours, I shall be constrained to take legal/penal action against you and your company.

    Thanking you,

    Yours sincerely,
